Aisam had a successful career in Junior tennis, finishing Number 7 in the world in 1998, which made him Pakistan's highest ranked player ever on the international youth tennis arena and turned pro in 1998.  At age 16, the ITF sponsored him for two years years championships and went on to win more, such as the Casalanca Cup in Mexico and the LTA International Junior Championships in Roehampton where he beat Oliver Rochus, Andy Ram and Taylor Dent. In the world super Junior Championships he beat Andy Roddick, by 18 he was a top 20 junior player and decided to turn pro. As a pro Aisam was coached by Americans, Robert Davis, an international sports writer and former Davis cup and national coach for Peru, Panama and Thailand.

Aisam's clothing and Shoes sponsor is Lotto Sports Italia. On March 29, 2008, he signed an agreement with Pepsi and now is the brand ambassador to Pepsi. He has been with "Catwalk Production" since September 2007 till now
